Filmed in 2024 and set to enjoy a world premiere at the acclaimed Cleveland International Film Festival in April 2026, KIT is a brand-new narrative short from the Oscar-Winning team at Slick Films (The Silent Child, Rocket Fuel). Written and directed by Lottie Amor (Babies), Alex features as Lackey - one of Kit's bullies.

KIT tells the story of the titular character, a teenager with dwarfism, who has been hidden away from the world by his superficial mother (BAFTA Nominee Kierston Wareing). Isolated yet bursting with creativity, Kit finds solace in his passion for drawing, a gift that offers him a glimpse of freedom beyond the confines of his home.

As he navigates the cruelty of an unforgiving world and the complexities of his own family, Kit must summon the courage to step out of the shadows. What he discovers is not just the power of imagination, but the strength to define himself on his own terms.
